PREPARED MEAL DELIVERY
Despite busy schedules and/or particular dietary demands, our prepared meal delivery service simplifies your life, saves you time, and allows you to enjoy great, healthy meals again. Your customised meal is delivered in food-safe containers and placed in your refrigerator. All you have to do now is drop the food into the oven and enjoy it!
How it Works

AT THE END OF THE DAY
Fresh, chef-prepared meals will be ready for you in your refrigerator when you return home. Your meals will be packaged and labeled according to the criteria specified during the evaluation and stored in the refrigerator for you to heat and enjoy at your leisure in the comfort of your own home.
YOUR COOK DATE
We will make your food in our commercial kitchen once the groceries have been acquired. Your food will be chilled, packaged, and labeled before being delivered to your door.
THE PERSONAL ASSESSMENT
The first step is to fill out our online client evaluation form. This allows you to supply all of the exact details on what and how you eat, as well as any allergies or dietary restrictions. We’ll then utilize this information to create your personalized weekly menus, which will include entrees and side dishes that are appropriate for the weekly meal plan you’ve chosen. Each Friday before your scheduled Cook Date, a final menu will be emailed to you for approval.
BILLING
One Cook Date in advance, the full payment of the professional cost is due. Groceries are billed on a per-item basis.
GROCERY SHOPPING
One of the best things about working with Nessa’s Kitchen is that we’ll do all of the grocery shopping for you! Consider how much time you’ll save each week by not having to walk through the grocery store aisles. Our clients estimate that our meal prep services save them 4-8 hours each week on average.
